Wills and Estates

A will is a powerful document. About Jeffrey Weiss

I graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 with a B.A. in Economics. Thereafter, I attended Villanova University School of Law, graduating in 1992. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and New York, with offices on Honeoye Falls, New York and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Law School, I began my career as a trial attorney, arbitrating commercial/business and personal injury cases first for a small firm and then for Nationwide Insurance Company in Philadelphia. In 1999, I moved to the Rochester, New York area where I worked for a medium sized firm and specialized in business, contract and commercial matters. Since 2005, I have worked as a sole practitioner, providing personalized legal services to my clients.

I am always happy to speak to existing and new business owners and individuals about their legal needs.

The best way to save money in the long run and the best time to get an attorney involved is before a dispute arises: when you’re entering into or negotiating a contract; when you are starting a new business; when using contracts for goods or services; when selling or buying a business; or any other time you ask yourself “do I need an attorney?” Don’t wait until it’s too late to get the help you need. I am always prepared to review a situation and advise whether an attorney is needed or not, free of charge.

I provide straightforward and fair priced legal services to all clients. I will tell you both the positives and negatives of your situation and give you my honest opinion about the merits. I would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your legal needs or question.
